PAYMENT

The Renter agrees to pay:

USE OF EQUIPMENT

The Renter agrees to: Use Equipment for lawful purposes only Not overload or mis-use Equipment Not sublease or transfer use

TOWING OPERATION (CRITICAL FOR TRAILERS)

The Renter is responsible for: Ensuring tow vehicle is properly rated Proper hitch, wiring, and safety chains Securing all loads Complying with all traffic laws Owner is not responsible for accidents, towing issues, or misuse.

CONDITION OF EQUIPMENT

The Renter acknowledges that: Equipment is received in good working condition
Any pre-existing damage is documented before departure

DAMAGE / LOSS

The Renter is responsible for:

Any damage beyond normal wear and tear
Theft, loss, or destruction of Equipment
Repair or replacement costs

INSURANCE

The Renter is responsible for any damage or liability arising from use of the Equipment.
Proof of insurance may be required at Owner’s request.

REPAIRS

If Equipment fails through no fault of the Renter:

Owner will:

• Repair OR replace Equipment

• Rental time will be paused during repair.

INDEMNIFICATION

The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold Owner harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from use of the Equipment.

DEFAULT

If Renter violates this Agreement:

Owner may:

• Terminate the rental

• Repossess Equipment

• Retain deposit

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document represents the entire agreement between both parties:
